NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT - Garmin Alpha T20 and TT25 Dog Collars and Alpha 300 Handhelds
NEW GARMIN COLLARS AND HANDHELD DEVICES for 2023
It’s been a while coming and it’s worth the wait.
We’re excited to welcome into store the new release of dog hunting hardware from Garmin with their new collars and handheld devices.
The range includes:

COLLAR OVERVIEW
The new collars have several new features, but the biggest impact on the user is there are now replacement parts that are easy to switch out by the user; and an extended battery life.
Key new features include:
USER-REPLACEABLE FLEX BAND – UNIVERSALLY SIZED
A new slim design, but still very rugged and can be replaced by the user. We are happy to order in replacement bands for you when needed. These are universally designed to fit large and small breeds.
MULTICOLOUR LED BEACON LIGHTS
To easily locate your dog, even in the dark. These can be activated and colour-changed via remote.
BATTERY PACKS
Batteries are user-replaceable and an upgradeable expanded battery pack (sold separately) will last up to a whopping 136 hours! (previous models would last up to 80 hours max). New dynamic tracking technology also extends the battery life to maximise use.
AUTOMATIC UPDATES
We love this feature. When connected to Wifi and charging, the collars automatically update.
OUR FEEDBACK
Overall, with the replaceable parts, automatic updates and slim multi-fit design, the new collars are a great step forward for Garmin. We will be sure to report back on their performance in the field.
ALPHA 300 SERIES HANDHELD DEVICE OVERVIEW
With a substantial increase in battery life and new channel view technology, the Alpha 300 series has stepped it up a notch!
Key features include:
IMPROVED BATTERY LIFE
Battery life has substantially improved and is now up to 55 hours (previously up to 20 hours in the Alpha 200 range) – almost triple capacity!
The battery is now user-replaceable for quick and efficient updates when needed.
CHANNEL VIEW
You can now monitor the concentration of collars in an area and easily select less congested channels to avoid interference – how good!
BACK UP AND RESTORE
Have peace of mind and keep data secure by backing up on your Alpha 300 device.
SUPER BRIGHT TOUCHSCREEN
See your maps and track your dogs on an even brighter 3.5″ display with up to a 2.5-second update rate. Easily interact with the device on a responsive touchscreen, even with gloves on, and read the screen in a variety of light conditions.
