White Varietal

• 2015 Tatty Bogler Rose            10  / 45  Central Otago. Ripe black cherry and strawberry fruit flavours together with a very Otago hint of floral aromas-wild thyme, violets and lavender.  Crisp, refreshing and dry finish.

  9% alcohol.  Lime sorbet and juicy green apples on this lifted and appealing wine, together with flavours of dried apricot, spices and mongo, adding to its overall exotic nature.
• 2016 Wooing Tree Blondie      45 The elegant champagne colour and the wine shows delightful aromas of peach, pint grapefruit on the palate.

Sauvignon Blancoin

  Marlborough.  The palate is fresh and full of vigour.  Flavours of passionfruit, melon & grapefruit are balanced by limey acidity and good fruit sweetness.
• 2016 Misty Cove Sauvignon Blanc     9 /38
  Marlborough. Beautifully gragrant, the immediately appealing nose shows nectarine, rock melon, feijoa and lime zest characters with a hint herbaceous notes. 

Pinot Gris

• 2015 Starborough Family Estate Pinot Gris                                    9.5 / 38 Marlborough.  An elegant wine with rich fruit and exotic floral elements.  The nose features focused aromas of ripe pear, mongo, mandarin and pure white florals.  Dry to taste, the palate is richly textured and beautifully weighted with a long, silky finish. 
• 2012 Wooing Tree Pinot Gris  12.5 / 52  Central Otago.  A wonderfully balanced wine with rich texture and fruit.  This wine shows delighful aromas and flavours of pears, stone fruit, quince, fresh ginger and spicy. 

Chardonnay

  Marlborough.  This wine displays luscious aromas of melon, white peach and nectarine, while the complexity of new French oak adds texture and spice, opening out to an elegant well-balanced palate with a lingering an classical finish.  
• 2015  Mills Reef Reserve Chardonnay 12 /  50                                                Hawkes Bay.  This rich full bodied Chardonnay boasts tropical stonefruit and grapefruit, with ginger and honey accents.  The palate is smooth, with a buttery texture and toasty spicy notes of quality French oak.

Pinot Noir

  Central Otago. Lifted red fruit aromatics with spicy notes and dark mocha aromas, followed by a lively palate and a soft elegant texture. 
• 2015 Anthem Pinot Noir            12 / 50   Lashing of spiced cherry, lavender, dried herb and pencil box oas create on aromatic and elegant experience as soon as the bottle is opened.  The first sip reveals a fost, fleshy palate with warm, supple tannins and lush fruit weight.   
• 2011 Tatty Bogler Pinot Noir            65  John Forrest's signature wild thyme.  Dark and brooding, the palate is svoury with dark fruits and aromatic herbs.
• 2014  Mondillo Pinot Noir                80 Central Otago.  Aromas of blackberries, concentrated flavours of black cherries and plums balanced with soft tannins. 

Merlot/Malbec

• 2010 Newton Forrest "Stony Corner" Cabernet/Merlot/Malbec    60      Hawkes Bay. A rich concentrated red wine filled with the flavours of blackberry, cassis and dark chocolate, spice and oak aromas.
